Our Corporate Training Programme enables clients to use Bushcraft to develop team-work and leadership skills in an environment as far removed as possible from the office, the shop-floor or the boardroom.
The learning of Bushcraft and related survival skills is a unique way to discover both one’s strengths and one’s weaknesses, to find out how one performs under a controlled level of physical and mental stress, and to discover just how and why genuine leaders emerge in such circumstances. It also throws a clear spotlight on co-operation strategies within groups, and how work-colleagues collaborate most effectively to achieve new and demanding tasks. It’s also a creative way to discern one’s own authentic leadership styles, and how those styles may grow and alter according to evolving challenges and circumstances.
Alongside this our participants will have the pleasure of living close to nature and discovering skills that one day might just save their lives.
